A chief of staff
for your brain.

Daymark is a personal assistant for ADHD and AuDHD minds. It keeps the day in front of you, reports in a voice you will actually read, and stays quiet the rest of the time. Adaptive, novel, never shaming.

For iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.

What Daymark does

One assistant, many small habits, and an app that feels new without ever changing the parts you rely on.

A board for the day

What matters today, and only today. No missed-task mountain waiting when you come back.

Dispatch

A feed where your assistant's staff report in their own voices. Every number in a post can be traced back to where it came from.

Strain, recovery, sleep

Health rings built from Apple Health, so the assistant knows what kind of day your body is having before it asks anything of you.

Quiet by default

No badges, no streaks, no nagging. A nudge reaches your phone only when it clears the rules you set, and never more than once a day.

How it is built

A few laws shape every screen and every model call.

  • Novelty is the system's job, never yours. The skeleton stays put. The skin rotates, one change at a time.
  • Re-entry is engineered.Come back after a week and it is as if you never left.
  • Your wiring is good.ADHD and AuDHD minds are the design brief, not a defect to correct.
  • Privacy is a hard line.No ads. No data selling. Ever.

Where the thinking happens

Daymark uses on-device Apple Intelligence models by default. Cloud models from providers such as Anthropic are an optional power-up that a person turns on themselves, with a monthly spending cap they control.

Everything the assistant keeps lives in one place the person chooses: Daymark cloud, or a Mac they run at home. Either way it is one encrypted file that belongs to them, and they can export or delete it at any time.

Privacy

Daymark keeps conversations with the assistant, the calendar and health days a person's phone shares with it, and the posts the assistant writes. It reads Sign in with Apple to find a person's own setups and keeps nothing from Apple but an opaque identifier. Nothing is used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties. Model providers receive only the text needed to answer a request, and only when the person has switched cloud models on. The full statement, written against the code and updated with it, is available on request and ships inside the app.

About B Labs

B Labs is a small team of innovators making the world a better place using AI. We build tools for the parts of life that generic software forgets: attention, energy, re-entry after a bad week. Daymark is our first product.

We work in the open where we can, keep the code and the privacy statement in the same repository, and ship nothing that argues with the person using it.
